Gandusha : Procedure of holding the medicinal decoction/ liquid/ oil in the buccal cavity for certain period without gargling. It can be done in both healthy and diseased persons. In a healthy person it can be done as a regular practice by using til taila (sesame oil).

This procedure produces local as well as systemic effect. Used for the diseases of oral mucosa, gum, tingue, teeth etc generally for local effect.
