Ayurveda emphasises on synchronising our body needs with the changing seasons. Some simple Ayurveda remedies to be followed during this season along with the above are as follows –
- Apply oil in the nostrils.
- Gargle with salt water
- Drink ginger tea.
- Consume a mixture of 1/4 tsp turmeric mixed with 3 to 4 pinches black pepper and 1 tsp honey.
- Practice Pranayama
