Four Tips For Healthy Cooking

•  Wash lentils well before you cook. This will help to remove tannins and make it easily digestible.

•  Soak the lentils in little water before you cook as it will help in easy digestion and prevent bloating.

•  While cooking lady’s finger / pumpkin, add fenugreek seeds / powder to prevent it from causing bloating.

•  Wash the vegetables before cutting and avoid washing the vegetables after cutting, as it will remove the vitamins and minerals.
