How to take the herbs?

        Pratishyaya  capsule - Please take the Pratishyaya  capsule in the dose of 2 caps. twice daily with water after breakfast and dinner.

       Pratishyaya  vati (tablet) - Please take Pratishyaya  vati (tablet) in the dose of 2 tabs. twice daily with water after  breakfast and dinner.
