  • Please avoid fast foods, white sugar, red-meat, things with preservatives, soft drinks, coffee and excessive spicy things for some time.

  • Shavasana (a type of Yogasana) and Shirodhara of Panchakarma Therapy are also desirable for best results.

How to take the herbs?

        Chintahar  capsule - Please take the Chintahar  capsule in the dose of 2 caps. twice daily with water after breakfast and dinner.

       Chintahar  vati (tablet) - Please take Chintahar  vati (tablet) in the dose of 2 tabs. twice daily with water after  breakfast and dinner.
